How do I sign up for Melba Wine Club shipments?
Visit melbawineclub.com.au, choose a subscription, enter in your account information. It’s that easy! Wine will be delivered to your doorstep.
Do I need to sign a contract? Are there any membership fees?
The best bit about wine club is that there are no contracts or fees! No contracts to sign, start up fees and no cancellation fees. Your bi-monthly membership will automatically renew. Cancel anytime with no obligations.
What happens if my bottle is broken when arrived or wine is off?
At Melba Wine Club we try to ensure that you never receive a broken bottle on arrival or an off bottle of wine. This rarely happens and we are sorry for any inconvenience it may of caused. If this happens to you please let us know within the first week after delivery and we will ensure that a credit is applied directly to your account or we can replace the bottle.
How are we different from any other wine club?
There a few key differences between Melba Wine Club and other wine clubs on the market, Melba wine club has no upfront contracts and fees and we also don’t lock you in – you cancel at any time.
We also ship bi-monthly which we believe is a a great advantage. You do not have an over supply of wine arrive every second week or month and have enough to tie you over for your next shipment.
Melba Wine Club has a prestigious and well recognise background for offering premium and great quality wines. We can offer you exclusive blends, unreleased wines and experience unlike any other. We offer wine education tutorials, member only experiences and discounts, and a personal experience each time you receive your package – tasting notes, food matches, winery updates and more. We also offer an online wine community between members which is a social platform for you to share your notes, thoughts, food matches, whatever you like online to others.
Can I choose a different package?
Of course – as mentioned you are not locked into anything at Melba Wine Club. If you wish to change your package it is simple just login into your account and change your subscription. Please drop us a note or give us a call if you have any questions.

Shipping Questions
Can I get my packages shipped directly to my home or office?
Packages can only be shipped to a residential or work address we can not deliver to a PO Box.
When can I expect my wine to arrive?
Your wine package will be dispatched from the De Bortoli Yarra Valley Estate in the second week of the delivery month. Most will arrive within the week but please allow up to two weeks for your delivery to arrive in eastern states and up to 3 weeks for the west.
Can other people accept my wine on my behalf?
Yes, family members, friends or work collogues can accept your wine on your behalf if given permission. The person accepting the package must be of legal age – 18 years and over and show id. Melba Wine Club is not responsible for your package after delivery has been accepted.
How am I billed?
If you have signed up for bi monthly recurring subscription packages your credit/debit card will be charged on a bi monthly basis.
How Do I Suspend, Cancel Or Switch Packages
Visit www.melbawineclub.com.au
Login to your account using your email address and password.
Click on My Account, My Subscriptions, you can switch, suspend or cancel your subscription.
How Do I Update My Credit Card Details
Visit www.melbawineclub.com.au
Login to your account using your email address and password.
To update your credit card details CLICK on My Account, My Credit Cards.
You can then either
add a new card if its a new card number
or
edit the card if you just need to update the expiry number
